Shopping and payment
Online shopping may be temporarily unavailable while we update the website. When ordering is available, review the product information, delivery details, and total at checkout before placing your order. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Available payment options are displayed at checkout, and payments are processed through Stripe.
Shipping and promotions
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is additional; this is not a delivery-time estimate.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Please check that your delivery address and any promotional code are correct before completing payment.
Use code FREESHIP150 for free shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more before tax and shipping, delivered to the lower 48 states or Washington, DC. Shoes are included. The offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or armed-forces addresses. Make sure the free-shipping discount is reflected in your total before completing payment. Express payment options may not support discount-code entry.
Online returns
Online orders may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery, in new condition with tags attached. Customers pay return postage, and refunds go to the original payment method. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.
